- NaviKit Amazon Seller Assistant — tools for Amazon FBA sellers including profit calculators, competitor analysis, AI review insights, ASIN monitoring, and price tracking.
- NaviKit TikTok Shop Seller Assistant — tools for TikTok Shop sellers including profit calculators, competitor analysis, creator evaluation, AI insights, product monitoring, and trend discovery.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our extensions and related services. By using our extensions, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Email address and password when you register for an account.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed through our payment provider (Creem). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Feedback: Messages and feedback you submit through our extensions or via email.

When you use our extensions, we may collect the following data from the web pages you visit:
Amazon Seller Assistant
- Product data from Amazon product pages (title, price, BSR, ratings, review counts, dimensions, weight)
- Search result data from Amazon search pages
- Fee and category information relevant to FBA profit calculations
- Product review content when you use the AI review analysis feature
TikTok Shop Seller Assistant
- Product data from TikTok Shop product pages (title, price, ratings, sales volume, commission rates)
- Search result data from TikTok Shop search pages
- Creator/affiliate data when you use the creator evaluation feature
- Trend and category data from TikTok Shop trend pages
2.3 Usage Data
- Feature usage frequency and interaction patterns within the extensions

5. Data Storage and Security
- Account and subscription data is stored on our secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Product data extracted from web pages is processed in real time and stored on our servers only when you explicitly save it (e.g., adding to watchlist, saving calculations).
- Local browser data (preferences, settings) is stored in your browser's local storage and is not transmitted to our servers unless required by a feature.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted communications, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

- Saved product data / watchlist: Retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion or when you remove the data.
- Usage analytics: Aggregated and anonymized within 90 days; individual usage records are deleted within 90 days.
- Payment records: Retained as required by applicable financial regulations.
